  2. How do I enroll in the program?
    It’s free and takes 2 minutes, just click “sign up” at the top of this page.
  3. What can I earn my point?
    You can redeem dollar amounts from your order with subscriptions.
  4. Do my points expire?
    Points expire 12 months after they were added to your account.
  5. When can I get my birthday rewards?
    Birthday rewards will be delivered via email on your birthday!
  6. What happens if my order returned or canceled?
    Any points associated with that order will be deducted from your Winner Group  Account if your order is returned or canceled after your order is shipped.
  7. Why did my account balance go down?
    Your points will go down if you used your points to redeem a reward, you return an order, or you cancel an order that has already been shipped.
  8. Is there a maximun amount of points I can redeem per purchase?
    Yes, you can redeem a maximum of 1500 points per purchase.
